The Indian company ZOETEX was born from the meeting of a French fashion designer, Fanny DELANNOY, and an Indian entrepreneur, Srinath SHIVARAM

Indian, Srinath studied fine arts at CKP (Institute of Arts and Design) Bangalore. In 1997 he studied in Spain where he studied Fine Art and language in Granada and Barcelona. He also works in an NGO with children with mental disorders. Three years later he joined KIAD (Kent Institute of Art & Design) in Canterbury. He returned to Bangalore in 2002 where he founded a company Exporting Construction materials and later Zoetex in 2007. People, Sourcing, Merchandising, Costing, Production, Logistics is his key areas with Zoetex.

Fanny DELANNOY

Graduated from ESMOD Paris in 2003, Fanny worked for several French brands including SONIA RYKIEL, KIABI, and PROMOSTYL. After her French experience, she arrives in India in 2004. She works for a year and a half at BHARAT SILK Bangalore, as a textile designer where she managed a team of 15 tailors. She complements her enrichment by working one year in quality control at REDCATS in Delhi. Fanny takes care of Design, Communication with Clients, pattern, sampling, etc with Zoetex.

Thanks to the complementarity of their two personalities and the richness of this double culture ZOETEX is created in 2007. Ten years later the company has 60 specialized machines, spread over 400 m2. It accommodates up to 60 workers on Daily Payment and 20 permanent employees.
